What is True Media?
True Media is “Media that Matters.” True Media Foundation is the vision of Christopher Tribble of Versatile Productions, Inc. (www.versatileproductions.com ), a “New Media” production company established in 1980 in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. After many years of working in the television broadcast industry, his work being featured on all of the major networks, Tribble realized the need for a shift in programming away from mindlessness and violence and towards media with positive messaging. True Media mindfully cultivates media -- whether it is television, radio, or print -- that educates, enlightens, and honors the human experience. |

The True Media philosophy includes mentoring and providing direction that will enhance the visions of others. True Media offers local young people the opportunity to express themselves in positive ways, while learning about what it takes to convey their messages professionally and with the wide-ranged appeal to be accepted for broadcast regionally or nationally. True Media crosses generational lines, too, through productions by younger generations featuring and respecting the rich history of their elders. |

True Media is also a launch pad for the syndication of productions by people of all ages, helping to find outlets where works can be viewed and accessed. We assist in entering videos into film festivals and media award contests, and we also eye toward producing its very own festival under the summer stars in Glenwood Springs, Colorado to debut new projects and promote up and coming ones.
True Media is a cross between what is viewed as reality television and documentary; it has strong entertainment value, but always strives to express truth by directly producing and helping to produce “Media that Matters.” |
